Try these Recipes with Alaska canned milk


Yema with Alaska Condensed Milk


1 can of Alaska sweetened condensed milk

3 egg yolks

1 tablespoon of melted butter

3 tablespoons of chopped jackfruit or mashed potatoes

3 tablespoons of chopped nuts


In a bowl mix the egg yolks and Alaska sweetened condensed milk.  Pour in a casserole and cook over low fire.  Mix continuously to avoid sticking.  Upon thickening, add nuts and jackfruit/ mashed potatoes.  Let it cool and shape in balls or triangles.


Leche Flan with Alaska Condensed Milk and Alaska Evaporated Milk


For the custard

  • 1 (390g) can Alaska evaporated filled milk
  • 1 (390g) can Alaska condensed milk
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or lemon essence


For the caramel:


  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water




  • Mix the sugar & water in a saucepan. Boil for a few minutes until the sugar caramelizes.
  • Pour the caramelized sugar into aluminum moulds of any shape
  • Separately, mix the egg yolks, vanilla, evaporated milk and condensed milk.
  • Pour the mixture on top of the caramel in aluminum moulds. Fill the moulds to about 1 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  •           Steam for 20 minutes – by open air steaming on top of stove OR


  •           Bake for about 45 minutes. Before that, place the moulds on a larger   baking pan half filled with hot water. Pre-heat oven to 370 degrees before    baking.


  • Run a knife into the leche flan, if the knife comes out clean, then it’s cooked.


  • Refrigerate.
  • Loosen the Leche Flan from the mould. Place a plate on top of the mould and quickly turn upside down to reveal the golden brown caramel on top.
