2 tablespoons chilled whipped cream
2 tsp Fiesta coconut milk powder
1 cup crushed ice
4 tsp sugar syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
2 1/2 cups orange juice
2 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1. For the topping, mix the chilled whipped cream and the coconut milk powder in a bowl. Whisk well and refrigerate for an hour.

2. Except for the crushed ice, mix all the other ingredients using a cocktail shaker.

3. In a tall glass put ¼ cups of crushed ice and pour equal amounts of the juice over it.

2. Coconut Smoothie Recipe


1/4 cup Fiesta powdered coconut milk

1 packet of stevia

1 tsp vanilla

2/3 cup raw almonds

4 tablespoons  sugar (adjust amounts according to your preference)

1 1/2 tablespoon raw cacao

1 1/2 cups water

12 ice cubes



In a blender, throw in almonds, sugar, coconut milk powder, stevia, vanilla, cacao, and water. Blend until smooth then add the ice one after the other and blend on high settings  until smooth. Serve in glasses with straw.


3. Ginataang matamis


1 pack Fiesta Coconut Milk Powder, dissolved in half a cup of boiling water
1 cup jackfruit prepared in strips
3 tablespoons sago
1 cup brown sugar or (adjust amounts according to your taste)

1/4 kilo gabi (taro, root crop), diced
1/4 kilo kamote (sweet potatoes), diced
5 Saba bananas, sliced crosswise

2. In a pot, boil water according to the amounts of sweet potatoes, taro, jackfruit and bananas. They all should be immersed in the water. When boiling, put in the taro and coconut mixture and cook until taro is half done.

3. Add in the sweet potatoes, jackfruit and bananas (this should be the saba type) and stir carefully. Add in brown sugar and stir.

4. You’ll know your ginataan is cooked when all the ingredients are soft plus the mixture is now a thick one. For some provinces in the Philippines, they prefer a very thick consistency so they add more coconut powder into the mixture.


4. Bicol Express



1/4 kilo pork, sliced thinly

1 cup Baguio beans cut in bite sized pieces

3 cups long chili or jalapeno peppers

1 onion, minced

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cup Fiesta coconut milk (dissolved coconut powder in boiling water)

1 cup coconut cream (Optional – Dissolve coconut powder in a small amount of water)

2 tablespoons of cooking oil






1. In a non stick cooking pan, brown pork slices with a small amount of cooking oil.

2. Add minced garlic and onions, sauté for a few minutes.

3. In the cooking pan, add the coconut milk and bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Add the jalapeno peppers, Baguio beans and cook until the liquid evaporates to a minimum.

5. Add the coconut cream and simmer until the sauce thickens. Add salt to taste. Enjoy.
