Sweet and Sour Pork with Kikkoman Soya Sauce Recipe
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce all purpose seasoning
1/2 kg boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch squares
1 cup sauce Kikkoman sweet sour sauce
8 ozs pineapple chunks drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 carrot (sliced thinly)
1 onions minced
1. Mix cornstarch and soy sauce thoroughly in a small container
2. Put in pork and coat well.
3. Heat oil in large skillet at medium-high heat. Fry pork until it turns brown. Add 1/4 cup water and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add onion, bell peppers, carrots and sweet & sour sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes or longer longer, stirring frequently.
5. Add pineapple chunks in. Stir only when pineapples are soft enough.
